At Indivirtus AB7 Scribing & RCM Private Limited, we strive to provide the highest quality remote scribing and transcription services to our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of our services. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling our services.

1. Cancellation by the Client

Notice Period:

Clients must provide a minimum of 7 days’ notice to cancel or reschedule services without incurring any fees. This notice must be given in writing via email to [insert contact email].

Short Notice Cancellations:

If the cancellation notice is provided less than 7 days before the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed service fee will be charged.

Same-Day Cancellations:

Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the agreed service fee.

2. Cancellation by Indivirtus AB7

Right to Cancel:

Indivirtus AB7 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services at any time. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible and will not be charged any cancellation fees.

Force Majeure:

Indivirtus AB7 will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or government regulations. In such cases, no cancellation fees will be charged.

3. Refunds

Eligibility:

Clients who cancel services with the required notice period will be eligible for a full refund of any pre-paid fees. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request.

Non-Refundable Fees:

Any fees paid for services that are canceled with less than the required notice period will be non-refundable.

4. Modifications to the Cancellation Policy

Indivirtus AB7 reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance, and the updated policy will be posted on our website at https://www.indivirtusab7.com/.
